First impression was, oh no, the fabric is so skimpy and thin. But very soft, and the stitching and zipper of high quality. I should have paid more attention to all the reviews that said it was thin. But once I got it on the bed (over my quilt, which I had to sew loops on to tie the 8 laces the duvet uses to keep it in place) I realized it's quite nice. The color is exactly as advertised. Do I wish the fabric was made of sturdier stuff? Absolutely! But it is also priced so well, that I don't really mind. And it is so soft, which is very nice. ... show more
