The bed is slightly taller then most mattresses but even when a set says deep pockets they still slip off. Even when I measure and get ones within measurements they still slip off. These DO NOT SLIP OFF THE BED! They have reinforced elastic, they fit far under the matress the color is perfect, and they are very comfortable. I'm in love! I have an adjustable bed, we'll start there. I raise it every night to read or watch TV. Ordinary sheets pop off the corner with every raise! I have a 14" mattress + a 3" Dormeo topper and this set's flat sheet is almost too big! Luckily it's elastic all the way around so it stays put regardless of how much I raise and lower the bed! I wouldn't say they're the softest sheets I've ever laid on but they are soft enough. Well it fits with extra room to spare. It does get a little extra roomy after a few days, but I have not had any problems with it sliding off my corners.
