I am not especially gentle with it and it has held up perfectly this last year, and the color (to my eye at least) looks a little bit better in person than it does in the picture (a little lighter, which I think is an improvement). Perfect Spread-Comforter for several seasons, on a Day Bed! For any age and fits the twin bed perfectly so that a top sheet can hang lower underneath creating a nice border effect. Either side of the comforter works. I love the color!
