I got this because my Tugs sleep on the bed and my old comforter even after going through the laundry it would still have hairs kind of stuck in the fabric. This has a really tight weave so the hair doesn't penetrate. So you just brush it off or shake it good. I also like the weight of it. It's thinner than a standard comforter but has a nice weight to it. I was using two comforters, those light polyfill ones before , but now this one has enough weight so it's plenty warm. I bought this to replace an old comforter that was falling apart. We have an old dog who sleeps in the bed so I wanted something inexpensive and washable. This checked all the boxes. It’s soft, lightweight and very comfortable. Would definitely buy again.

I got this blanket because winter has been approaching and I only had two small thin blankets to sleep with, but I am also a broke college student. I live in the valley in California so it doesn’t snowy below freezing cold, but my two tiny blankets certainly couldn’t do the job alone. This plus one of the blankets keeps me plenty warm throughout the night. It is that cheap polyester material, but the upside of that is it’s very easy to clean, whichever matters most is up to you. One thing I will say is the picture shows the underside of the blanket is white with the outside being navy blue, but the blanket I got is entirely navy blue on both sides. I bought this king sized blanket for my queen sized bed to prevent the “blanket tug of wars” LOL. The larger size was a welcome addition. When I felt the thickness and weight of the blanket I had concerns that it might not keep me warm, boy was I wrong. Once under the covers I am warm instantly. Now, if you prefer a weighty blanket to help you sleep this might not be for you. I prefer the lighter feel to the blanket so I love it.
