I love that these are so light darkening while still keeping the room “light” with it being majorally white. The maroon detail reads brown in person vs red , making me apprehensive at first. I’m glad I put them up to decide, because I fell in love. Lowers the heat coming in from heavy sun / Buffered some cold in the cooler months. Bought this to close off my bathroom from my bedroom. The arched opening didn't leave much privacy and when you turn on the bathroom light it would give light to a sleeping husband. When the curtains are closed you can't see the light through it. The back of the curtains are black but look finished.

Bought for my bedroom. These are beautiful. Bright white and you would never guess how well they block out the light. You will get "spillage" out of the top but that is because the curtain rod does not sit flush with the wall. These are very soft, not stiff like some of the others that I have tried.
