Used but you couldn’t tell because they were in great condition. I would definitely buy again. They sound great are comfortable in my ear and also stay charged for more than 10 hours .

Wow. I ordered these refurbished trusting that "like new" was the truth. Trying to repurpose. Save environment give a little money to tech people who refurbished but all I got was a used up baggie with the older model earbuds and a few earbud size options. No charging cord, no directions, no model number. And the topper, they will not pair with my phone. I've tried repeatedly. For some reason I can't even click on the one star to review these things. Sound quality is only okay if they’re in a specific position in your ear. There’s a lot of white noise from these. But they are great at blocking out other noise.

Ok I want to start off my saying, most of these negative reviews are from people who did not think about their purchase. These earbuds are RENEWED/REFURBISHED. They are not brand new. YES the box will arrive opened. Next, the sound quality will entirely depend on the fit of the earbuds. The nubs fit my ears perfectly, I’ve had amazing sound quality. Mine came with several replacements of different sizes incase I wasn’t so lucky. I have not experienced issues with them falling out. They are a good weight and attach strongly to the case. Keep in mind, the case does not have a battery!! It must be plugged in to charge the earbuds. I think for 30% below the market value, this is an absolute steal. I bought the 2 year warranty. The company seems confident enough in their product that they’re willing to cover whatever happens in the next two years! ... show more
