Ok I want to start off my saying, most of these negative reviews are from people who did not think about their purchase. These earbuds are RENEWED/REFURBISHED. They are not brand new. YES the box will arrive opened. Next, the sound quality will entirely depend on the fit of the earbuds. The nubs fit my ears perfectly, I’ve had amazing sound quality. Mine came with several replacements of different sizes incase I wasn’t so lucky. I have not experienced issues with them falling out. They are a good weight and attach strongly to the case. Keep in mind, the case does not have a battery!! It must be plugged in to charge the earbuds. I think for 30% below the market value, this is an absolute steal. I bought the 2 year warranty. The company seems confident enough in their product that they’re willing to cover whatever happens in the next two years! ... show more

So I get these a while back and I wanted to give myself some time to use them and than come back and do a review. We'll they are to big for my ears. I do like them but they hurt my ears. I did try using different little adjustments that came with them but they still hurt. They are some ear buds but not just for me ... show more

I’m not going to say these are why worst, BECAUSE THEYRE NOT!! I’ll say for the price, you’re getting what you paid for. They’re lightweight, cute, and the sound/beat/bass is amazing and definitely blocks everything out. Personally, I can only keep them in for a certain amount of time before they start to hurt my ear. They’re pretty obvious as they stick out a lot. I wish they were more hidden, so that’s a downside to me. The battery life is okay and I don’t believe they charge when in the case. I only say this because use I’ll put a dead bud in it and when I take it out about an hour or so later, it’s still dead. But I could be wrong. I will be buying new earbuds when I get the opportunity and will just give these to someone else. ... show more

Battery life and sound are great. I like the look of the case and the earbuds, including the color. They’re uncomfortable though. Sometimes I need breaks from my audiobooks at work due to soreness.
