Case is too big and bulky to carry around, and fall out of pocket or hand and easy to drop if not carefully holding it. Not satisfied with this model of Beats but i was trying to find one to hang off my ear but no headphones. Also would cut off and on while operating in my ear, it did that a lot last year when i first got them. I thought something was wrong with them ... show more

    • Earbuds don’t stay in
You’re going to lose the ear buds. Apple should sell them at the Apple Store but they don’t for some reason. Sound wise they’re fine but the ear buds issue is maddening
