This thing is great! Very flexible cloth & hair doesn't stick to it, just like the barber's smock. It's long enough so I don't have to be too close to the mirror & stays put with the suction cup hooks but easy to remove quickly. The Velcro neck band is easy to put on & remove much better than the ones that tie. Big upgrade from the cheap plastic one I had! *Caution* there's no instructions on how to put it back in the integrated pouch!!! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to it and *carefully & slowly* unpack it, noting how it self-stores!!! It took me like 15min to figure out how to self-store it! It comes with 2 spare hooks for the suction cups, it would be nice if they had 2 spare suction cups also.

I always dread when my man cleans up his beard because there are trimmings EVERYWHERE. Got him this as an anniversary present and it does indeed work as advertised. Trimmings around the sink reduced by 99.9%. if you're about to throw the whole man out over beard trimmings ruining your life, try this first.

I was originally hesitant to buy this. One of those gamble purchases for me. But it paid off. The mirror I've been using is a bit narrower than the width of the suction cup end. But the area that catches the clippings is still wide enough to do it's job well. I don't use the built in tray for much yet. Mostly my beard brush and the brush to clean the trimmer immediately after use. The counter is wide enough I can stage my other trimming stuff where I can see it. Advice: Remember to grab the rim of the suction cups when you detach from the mirror. You won't risk breaking the hooks that way. I learn that lesson with a different product I had on my mirror. Disposal of the clippings is easy for me. I'm a bit closer to rural. So with a few good shakes from both ends in my back yard. It's clean. No pieces of hair from what I could find. I also like how it packs up into itself. I wasn't expecting that. When you unpack it you turn it inside out. Then to repack. Fold it back up (kind of like a t shirt) and turn it outside in again into it's own pocket. There is even enough room to put a few other things. I keep the spare hooks they sent (appreciated, just in case), the trimmer, charger, cleaning brush, a few attachments, and some other stuff in there. It's like it's own light dopp kit. Nothing sharp (that doesn't a cover) of course.

I think the product idea is pretty good. It works better for longer hairs, so if you do a weekly trim of short hairs, it is kind of hard to get all the hairs to fall into the trash without them getting on the floor too. I have to use a brush to collect them and push them, which is hard since the material is very mailable fabric. After 2 or 3 goes you get most of the hairs, which is expected. My main gripe with the deluxe version that it comes with an 'accessory tray table' that literally does not work. As a matter of fact, I would go as far as to say it makes the product perform worse, as the 'tray' catches and holds on to hairs as they go into the garbage. The tray is not hard plastic, it is a very soft plastic, so it can't hold anything. It doesn't seem like it can be removed or anything, so that means you're stuck with it and can't even add cardboard to help. The preview image where its holding a beard brush + extra accessories is very misleading. It can't even hold my brush let alone anything else. No wonder the 'deluxe' version is only a dollar more expensive than the regular. If I were you, I would buy the regular one. Also, small issue, but the one I received in the mail was already open, at least the box was. The package comes in another small plastic package within the box, which was closed. It did look clean so I decided to use it, but that is sus at the least.

I'm a girl who has bangs that I constantly need to trim, and the hair always gets into the sink and ends up clogging it over time, so I figured this could help. And it does! The suctions stick to my mirror well, and I like that they are removable from the bib itself too. I got the Deluxe one, which forms a little "table" at the mirror that I can put my scissors or comb on if I need to. White so I can see the hair. Also like that it turns into its own carrying case that I can keep the scissors and comb stored in. The hair doesn't slide off into the trash QUITE as easily as I'd love, so maybe that's a material swap that could be made in the future, but I'm also picky. Overall, great product and would gift or buy again. (Keep in mind, price on this fluctuates a lot, so I think this is worth it at its lower end ~$10 since there are unfortunately dupes out there.)

Was a gag gift but my husband has used it every time he shaves since. Turned out to be an unexpectedly great purchase. Sticks to the mirror very well but will leave suction marks - can be cleaned though. The apron itself is not super thick but catches everything and hasn’t shown signs of wear despite using for over a year now. Easy to put up and pull down, it folds down super compact and can be packed in tight suitcases and bags no matter how little room is left.
