SO MANY CHOICES. So many. Wow. I found myself actually overwhelmed a bit with the choices for these brushes. They aren't the worst or the best makeup brushes I've ever owned, but this is 100% the most comprehensive set I've ever encountered. That said, I am unlikely to use most of the brushes as I just don't need that many most of the time (so I have replacements, I guess?) They are nice quality, not the absolute best I've ever used but far from the worst. They are not super cheap quality as you'd find at the dollar store. They clean up nicely and easily. They don't shed a lot. The bristles are evenly cut so they're not shaggy. They do a good/decent job of application but for foundation I still prefer a sponge. The shadow, powder, blush and liner brushes all work well for my amateur purposes. They are a good value for the listing price at the time of this review.

My teen is just getting into makeup or thinking about it, so I got these to start her a makeup kit. These are just way too many, so I split them into two and gave half to my wife. Now they're both set for a few years on makeup brushes, I assume. They're decent quality, similar to what I use for painting. There's so many different types that I had to print the couple of photos naming what each of them do, and will label each brush so my daughter can find videos on how to use each one. Would've been great had this set come with a description and picture of how to use each brush for beginners, but that's what the internet is for I guess. These seem good quality and no bristles come loose when using them and they clean up nicely. Plus what girl doesn't like pink?

I got this mainly for the foundation brush - the bristles on that specific brush aren’t super firm, doesn’t work super well for cream foundation, but it could do the job with liquid. All the others seem decent, pretty standard.

The BEAKEY Makeup Brush Set has soft synthetic bristles, they are dense and not thin. No bristles were falling out and when I ran my fingers through them it didn't make them fall out either. The pink handles are a nice thickness to make them comfortable to hold. The bigger brushes come with a brush net on them. Nice to keep them in shape if you take them traveling or put them in a makeup bag. There are different sizes and shapes of brushes for all your makeup needs, from lip liner to body bronzing. There are a few that will probably be put with my craft painting. I think the selling price of $40 for 18 quality brushes is a good deal. The only negative I have to say about these brushes is they have a strong odor when you first open the box. I let them sit for a few days and the odor seems to be much better but still there, so I am going to give them all a washing in some shampoo and let them dry. It should be gone after that.

What I really liked about these brushes is that they are easier to clean than the expensive sephora brushed and that they came with many varieties to use from. It is nice not having to buy a bunch of replacements. I got these tho replace my previous ones that were falling apart. I decided to write a review after a few washes to see how they held up but so far they have not fell apart after 5 washes. I will see in the upcoming months how they hold up. I liked how soft they are and they do not seem to just soak make up and thats it. They do spread make up quite easily. So far I am satisfied with these make up brushes.

Such a pleasant surprise at the high quality of this brush set! Elegant and pretty, definitely worthy of being left on a counter or makeup table, absolutely gift worthy too! Soft, synthetic brushes made of eco friendly materials. No flyways bristles so far and I've been using most of them daily. From concealer to finishing powder, this set has it all. I especially like the fan brush for gentle blush placement and that style of brush can be tough to find! This fan brush is also the thickest of that style I've ever seen! Easy to grip handles. Even contains a spoolie brush at the end of the eyebrow brush, eliminates the need for two brushes right there. There's even a "tear trough" brush, which I've rarely seen, which is meant for the tricky waterline application of color. I'd say this is a great gift, but honestly, you'll want to keep it for yourself!
