Overall good product. I like the smaller section that gives easy access to my gloves and sponges. I also like that the bottom drawer pulls out. I think it makes the under-kitchen sink storage area look much more organized. The two critiques I have are I wish the basket on top could go a little bit higher to fit taller or larger items on the bottom rack, and I wish the bottom drawer was a little bit wider. This is a sturdy, well made organizer. Unfortunately, it does not fit under my kitchen sink, garbage disposal in the way on one side, pipes in the way on the other. It doesn't fit under either of my bathroom sinks because the pipes are in the way. When you measure, be sure to measure from your pipes out to make sure this unit will fit all the way into your cabinet. I ended up using it in a regular kitchen cabinet so at least I'm still getting use out of it. I did not use the adhesive connectors, the unit is really stable even without them. ... show more

    • Not that versatile

For the bottom tray to slide out properly, it needs to extend out past the cabinet door hinges. For the unit to be properly secured, it needs to adhere to the side wall. Unfortunately the hardware for securing the side rails is very short and doesn't allow for more than a maybe a half inch of clearance. My cabinet hinges are huge and require about 2 inches to clear, which means I was unable to secure the unit to the side wall. It does come with rubber feet, so that resists slippage when sliding the tray in and out. The basket is fairly shallow, so it's easy for taller bottles to tip over, and you can't really stack much into the basket. I do like that the upper basket can be adjusted higher or lower to accommodate your bottom basket items. Overall it's an okay unit, but I had trouble finding a place to use this where it made sense due to its limitations. If you have a ton of stuff under your sink, this isn't all that practical. UPDATE: Seller was kind enough to offer a refund even though I didn't ask for one. Bumping up my review by one star for their great customer service. ... show more

I have waited to review this so I could use it awhile and give an effective review. I'm glad I did, because at first, I thought this was about perfect. The PROS: The wire and it's coating are both thick and strong The assembly was easy and took only a few minutes The top shelf is adjustable based on you needs for tall items in the lower shelf. It has precut plastic shelf liners that can be removed and wiped clean easily Fits under the sink well and is reversible (left or right side application) The CONS: The sliding action of the bottom shelf is a little strained and takes 2 hands when laden with 2 x 1 gallon liquid bottles The top shelf does not move with the bottom shelf The whole thing tends to slide instead of just the shelf if it has heavy items on it. I installed this under my outdoor kitchen sink and to fix the sturdiness issues, I simply put a small screw on each leg into the cabinet to hold it steady; this is not a problem for my use of the product, but wouldn't want to be screwing it into my nice kitchen cabinets. This is good for light items, but if you want heavier things in it, plan on reinforcing it somehow. ... show more

    • Sturdy little organizer with very misleading pictures

This is a sturdy organizer and works great under my kitchen sink. It was easy to put together, is pretty solid, and I was happy that it came with basket liners as well. However, this is an instance where you really need to check the actual measurements - the main pictures are extremely misleading. What you'll realistically be able to fit on this are some smaller cleaner bottles and things like that - big spray bottles are too tall, even on the highest basket height, and no way is it fitting the giant things of dish soap we tend to buy, much less the big things of laundry detergent it looks like it has in the pictures (maybe that's supposed to be those tiny bottles of fabric softener instead?). But it's a solid organizer for various refill bottles, and all of those random "where do I even put this?" sorts of things you toss under your kitchen sink. Good for what it is, but with some unfortunately misleading advertising. ... show more

I was hoping to use this to organize my cabinet with cleaning products. However, after putting this together, I realize it’s too short even on the tallest setting. I’m still able to use it but I have to make sure some shorter boxes are put on the bottom rack just below the top rack. The top rack is pretty small and it’s meant for little odds and ends, not really to put any bottles on top of. This was pretty easy to put together by following the instructions. It even came with an extra screw and extra rubber for the bottom. The box also came with a small wrench to tighten the stickers that adhere to the wall but you have to be careful while tightening it to avoid cracking the plastic like I did. This organizer provides a good option for gaining space under your sink, and easier access, if you take into account, it’s limitations. The metal is lightweight, but fairly sturdy, and is easy to assemble. I appreciate that it came with an extra screw and stopper as it is easy to lose the small parts as you are assembling it. It comes with a thin, opaque plastic liner for each of the shelves, which is extremely useful to avoid things slipping through. The shelves can hold a fair amount of weight. However, they are only stabilized by two self-adhesive pads to the sidewall, if you decide to use them. If you pull the lower shelf out foyer with a bit of weight on it, places a lot of stress on those two self adhesive pads, and can even slip out for if one is not careful. ... show more

Easy to put together, works well, but it's "handed:" the one I got will only work on the left side of the cabinet under the sink. Other versions of this product can be set up to go on the left side or the right side, not this one. Still good
