The hearts are bigger than I expected but I'm extra so it doesn't bother me at all. The chain is super light, all plastic and are great for wearing to amusement parks so you can just tuck your glasses inside your shirt so you don't have to leave them on the side of the rides and they won't get crushed in a pocket. Remember the chains and beads on the librarians glasses in greade school....this ain't it , lol! Actually, this was ordered for my daughter. She's in college in her 3rd year. She is in graphic arts and business for dual degrees and ended up having to wear glasses. Working on the computers she fidnt need them but during class and for studying at home , her glasses were a must. She however lost 2 pair in this chaos,so this was her chance to have her glasses at the ready when needed and out of the way when not. This is so beautiful and light weight. My only gripe is that the hearts should be a bit lower. They feel awkward in that position.
