It works great, the problem for me is when cleaning the blades, the elastic/silicone part falls off and it is hard to put it back in… I cut myself trying to do it the first time (deep cut because the blades are very sharp). Other than that it does what it’s supposed to do.

Good when it was working, but that doesn't matter as one side starting blinking right after the return window closed. Descaled per manual a few times but does not resolve. The website gave some lame brief troubleshooting which doesn't even include our problem. Called customer service and get a voice-mail saying they are very busy. Sure, we are all busy nowadays but I expected much better service when I paid for a top brand. The 1 star is for Amazon which agreed to let us return. Ironically I noticed they had a notice on the box saying NOT to return to the seller and to contact them. Guess breaking early is a thing and they want customers to just give up after attempting to contact them and keep their dysfunctional product so that they can keep the money without doing anything.

Love Love Love Making my baby homemade food. As a working mom I needed something easy to use and easy to clean. I recommend the double steamer as I am able to make her dinner on one side and something sweet on the other. While it is a bit more expensive I think it's work having both working at the same time, this makes feeding time more enjoyable for us. It is so fun experimenting and giving my girl quality food. I feel like super mom when I use it. Chicken Soup is my girls favorite. So healthy and healing!!

It’s a little pricey but you’ll DEFINITELY get your money’s worth. I decided while pregnant with my twins that I only wanted to feed them homemade organic food. This machine is very easy to use and easy to clean. I baby food meal prep once a week and I can cook so much in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to make their baby food.
