For the price, better quality than expected, but what I wanna point out is this company. We purchased the trampoline. It arrived on time and was easy to set up. Within the same week, we had some high winds and the trampoline took a little damage. I reached out to the company requesting a couple bars that support the netting. They responded no problem. They’ll send them ASAP. Not only did they send them ASAP. They sent us a whole new trampoline. Good service like this is hard to find these days! we recommend this company and their product!. Thanks!

The company I purchased from definitely seems to stand by their warranty guarantee; when I reached out to them regarding one of the Safety Net Poles bent/broken, they sent out a replacement within the week. My kids LOVE the trampoline, and I like the outward rounded poles, esp. since my 2-year-old likes to run to the net like a wrestler and never hits a pole. The ladder is perfect and the lights I purchased for it look beautiful at night on it. Ease of assembly - It only took 2 people to put it together and it was not difficult at all. Fun for kids - As mentioned, my kids absolutely love it. It's the first thing my 11-year-old runs to as soon as she gets home from school and my 2-year-old runs right behind her. They spend hours on it daily and it's great exercise. 12' is the perfect size for my kids to have friends and family over who want to go play with them. Everybody loves getting on it.

We ordered the 14 foot trampoline and let me start by saying ITS HUGE! Originally I decided to go with BCAN because of the reviews citing how amazing customer service was. Well, good thing I read those because our trampoline (which comes in two boxes) was delivered incomplete. We had only one box and had to request the other. Sadly the second box arrived and we had no instructions and no hardware. I was nervous to buy at all because I’ve seen way too many injuries from trampolines so no way was I accepting replacement parts at my own (possibly incomplete) request via reference to PDF instructions. BCAN issued a refund right away, without having me return the product (which was no way going back in that box) so that I could reorder. Which, once we did it came complete and the kids LOVE IT. In fact, we’ve had up to 7 kids on our happily. Would buy again and again.

This arrived 2 days before expected! Took about an hour to assemble with mostly one person.. easiest trampoline I’ve ever put together. Instructions were easy to follow. This thing is sturdy! High quality frame, I do wish there were sleeves to cover the foam on the poles but it’s no biggie. Super bouncy and no squeaks. Love the ladder. The net could be a little nicer quality but overall great deal for the discounted price of 325 for the 14ft..

The bad: on step one where you connect the base pieces, one of the pieces was deformed and could not go in all the way. This did not prevent from moving on but now makes it squeaky when jumping. On step 2 where you put the screws on one of the holes the thread was not prominent enough to catch the screw, so had to rig it with electric tape to make the hole smaller. The worst aspect was when installing the springs, I was about half way through when I pulled one and the little tool they provided broke! The little metal piece flew off the plastic handle and went clear across the yard with great force. If it had flown up it could have easily taken my eye out! I did write to the company about this and they said they immediately escalated to PD and offered a credit fory troubles. But PLEASE be aware of this problem during assembly and wear eye protection to be safe. The good: aside from the issues mentioned above, assembly was relatively easy with simple parts and instructions. My mom (62) and I (31 f) put it together in about 2 hours. I got the 14ft pink one and it is absolutely huge! My daughter loves it and jumps every day. It's light enough for me to move it around the yard on my own. So far it seems like decent quality for the 300 dollar price point.
