We purchased this product and had to return it due to it blowing into our neighbors yard. Amazon placed an order for the one that broke and we received the new unit and had the broken unit returned. We setup the new cage and made modifications to ensure it would not blow away again. My son really enjoys it and uses it daily, he is 25 and his hard and now we face the net ripping. The company is sending a replacement and was very understanding and worked with us. We are waiting for the new net and hope we will continue to have good luck with this cage.
