Works a few times then it does not charge anymore. I bought a few of these and they all behave the same --- end up not charging. Otherwise seem to be sturdy and good build. Too bad that the charge does not work.

I bought the Red/Blue even though I'm not in law enforcement, nor first responder, so if I were to use on the street, its very illegal and you risk severe jail time or a felony. However for OFF ROAD PRIVATE PROPERTY ONLY use, its okay. Do not use off road thinking its safe because in public areas it's still illegal. I have quite a big lot acreage of land that I do patrol around on for intruders occasionally and figured this would be fun to use. The magnet is a very high powered magnet so fingers beware, first time I almost got my pinky. I do love how its rechargeable so you can charge it up and store it for that emergency. Unfortunately you can't use red/blue for when stranded on roadside, as its still illegal, but any other color would be perfect to get attention. I'd recommend yellow for roadside emergencies. It's very easy to use, just charge and when ready, click the button on top to turn on and go. You can scroll through the various settings via the button as well. It's not something that should be submerged though as I would say water would get into the charging port, but it could probably handle rain. The visibility is quite impressive for such a little unit, and very bright too. I was impressed with how long it held charge as well. I spent about 6 hours with it on and it still kept goin. Very nice quality light and worth the money! BTW, I took my 2020 Explorer to my local Leo's place, and pulled up with the light on, his kids laughed and he threatened me jokingly with a ticket. Undercover cop cars here are the grey explorers like mine. Now he's thinking of getting one for when he needs it.

Okay I got the red/blue one. Primarily so that I can give y'all this warning that you need to repeat after me: "I will NOT use it in a vehicle." Say it again, and one more time to make sure it sticks. Cause some states don't allow flashing red and blue lights that can be seen by a car in front of you. If you're in one of those states, and you do this, it's just a matter of time before red and blue start flashing behind you. Cause let's say you do it as a joke to a random car, they pull over, you drive by, they realize it was a prank and call your license plate it. They WILL go to your house for this one. Please don't do it, it's worse than, I dunno, but you'll not be home for dinner that night. Any who, disclaimer out of the way, the red and blue light is ... Holy moly okay yeah these flash really bright and can easily fool somebody. There are multiple flashing configurations that you can cycle through. Easy to charge up with a USB C cable. The magnets are like super duper great! Careful when you are going to put it on metal that you don't have fingers underneath. Snap! That first time will surprise you how strong they are. This is great for using at a lemonade stand, garage sale, backyard fun and games, themed Cops man cave, the use is endless. Do not use in your car. Yellow ones, sure go right ahead. You'll feel just like one of them road workers.

I’ve used it at night, and it’s definitely bright enough to be noticed. The magnet holds well, and USB-C charging is convenient. The downside is the battery, it doesn’t last as long as I expected and needs frequent recharging. Still a useful little light, just wish the battery was better.
