The main issue I have with it is that it doesn’t charge. Right out of the box, it was hit or miss if it would hold a charge. I tried the cable it came with. I tried my iPhone cables. I tried other third party cables. No matter what I used, sometimes it would charge and sometimes it wouldn’t. Had it actually worked, this would’ve been the perfect case. I was nervous about replacing my cell phone battery after reading some really awful reviews for other brands that had me nearly convinced that anything I bought would be as awful as the near dead one I was replacing. Anyone know how to contact this company? It's a little over 2 months after purchase and it will only hold charge as long as the 3 plus year old one it replaced, ... "Update now battery won't even fully charge and it isn't even 3 months old yet".... " UPDATE #2" I contacted zurun and they were very fast to address the issue and said they would be sending me a new battery, I'll update again to say how everything turns out..
