This is the first cleansing foam I’ve tried. After watching some YouTube reviews, I decided to try this first because it’s a well trusted brand and I didn’t want to spend $30 on something I may hate. I, like many ladies, don’t wash my hair every day. My hair doesn’t get greasy too quickly so I usually only wash it two, maybe three times per week. I don’t always want to throw my hair in a ponytail when it starts to get greasy. However, I LOATHE regular dry shampoo. I’ve tried five or six kinds (different brands; scented and unscented) and they all make my scalp have a burning sensation and I already have thick, coarse hair and hate the “texture” 🥴 regular dry shampoo adds. I came across this waterless cleansing foam (Cleanse and Smooth variety) and tried it out this morning. My hair was juuuust starting to get oily (about 1 1/2” of greasy look at the part when I brushed my hair out). I took smaller amounts and used my fingers to get it into my normal part and then sectioned off three parts along the side of my head (4 total) and some on my crown and hairline. It took care of the oil, smoothed it out a bit farther down from my scalp, has a light shampoo smell, didn’t leave that texture feeling, and (most importantly) doesn’t leave that burning feeling. Even though it’s a foam, after working it through my scalp and hair, it dries in a couple of minutes.

Smells so good and works great. My daughter is in the hospital very frequently and can't wash her hair when her port is accessed so we always use this and the foam conditioner. Works pretty well. Beats the alternative of the shampoo caps.

Smells nice but it don't feel like it's very effective at actually removing the oil. The sprays work MUCH better!

I was I relaxed when I purchased this products and had my silk press in for a few days when it just got limp and seemed very oily. I used this product, terrified it would revert my 4c hair into chaos…it did not!!!! I did section by section in small amounts and behold my hair was no longer limp and oily. And my wild press lasted another week

I wanted so badly to like this product, because I don't like aerosol sprays and thought foam was a great alternative. I saw almost no change in several-day (since shower) hair, maybe a very slight improvement in oil. It promises to improve one-day-old hair, but when I tried it this morning on one-day hair, it turned my hair crazy oily where it wasn't before, and I ended up washing it out. Overall, it doesn't work, I'm sorry to say. +1 star because the scent is really pleasant, so if your scalp is greasy, at least it smells nice.

I don’t know why but this did not work for me. It just made my hair wet and didn’t take the grease away. I don’t know if I was using it wrong but I’ll stick with the dry shampoo. It smelled really good though 😂

I love the foaming dry shampoo, and this brand is the best I have used. The spray types don't work well my hair texture (fine hair, but dense); they weigh it down and make it look dirtier. This add volume, refreshes day or two out hair, and smells lovely. I even use it on my kiddo between baths.
