This is the first cleansing foam I’ve tried. After watching some YouTube reviews, I decided to try this first because it’s a well trusted brand and I didn’t want to spend $30 on something I may hate. I, like many ladies, don’t wash my hair every day. My hair doesn’t get greasy too quickly so I usually only wash it two, maybe three times per week. I don’t always want to throw my hair in a ponytail when it starts to get greasy. However, I LOATHE regular dry shampoo. I’ve tried five or six kinds (different brands; scented and unscented) and they all make my scalp have a burning sensation and I already have thick, coarse hair and hate the “texture” 🥴 regular dry shampoo adds. I came across this waterless cleansing foam (Cleanse and Smooth variety) and tried it out this morning. My hair was juuuust starting to get oily (about 1 1/2” of greasy look at the part when I brushed my hair out). I took smaller amounts and used my fingers to get it into my normal part and then sectioned off three parts along the side of my head (4 total) and some on my crown and hairline. It took care of the oil, smoothed it out a bit farther down from my scalp, has a light shampoo smell, didn’t leave that texture feeling, and (most importantly) doesn’t leave that burning feeling. Even though it’s a foam, after working it through my scalp and hair, it dries in a couple of minutes.

Worked really well on my post-workout hair after I blow dried it. No dusty or gritty texture like dry, powdered shampoo. Just melts right in; and once brushed through, hair feels fresh again.

I wanted to try this dry shampoo because I’ve never used a foam one before, only the sprays. The scent is very nice, but I don’t think it was very effective at controlling or absorbing oil at all. My scalp and roots still felt pretty oily even just using this on day two hair, so even though it smells nice and is easy to apply, I think as a whole, this is not a very effective dry shampoo.

I highly recommend this cleanser. I work out about 5 days a week and needed something for my hair. I have curly hair so I cannot wash my hair everyday. This is much better than any dry shampoo I have ever tried. This scent is not overwhelming like dry shampoos, it’s also much more moisturizing. It dries my hair very quickly.

I was super excited to try this product. I love batiste dry shampoo so I thought this would be amazing with my curls. The top must be broken because after shaking it like the instructions said and flipping it over to dispense it came out super runny and not like a foam or a mousse. Would love to have returned or exchanged the product but apparently that’s not available. Purchase somewhere else!

Smells good, but does nothing for me. I ended up giving it to a friend with straight hair (mine has a wave to it), and it works wonders for them; it looks like they just got out of the shower. I'd rate it one star because, like I said, it did nothing for me. But after seeing it in a friend's hair, I know the product isn't complete trash. But if you have hair with any kind of texture to it, maybe pass on this one.

I was I relaxed when I purchased this products and had my silk press in for a few days when it just got limp and seemed very oily. I used this product, terrified it would revert my 4c hair into chaos…it did not!!!! I did section by section in small amounts and behold my hair was no longer limp and oily. And my wild press lasted another week
