I personally like the smell! The dominant scents are supposedly cocoa, marshmallow, and vanilla musk, but the vanilla musk is much more noticeable. BUT, you fortunately do get the chocolate smell if you continue to use it (I apply it daily). But keep in mind that at the very first whiff you wouldn’t exactly think of “chocolate.” My acne also improved around the time I started using this, but it is Shea butter so it’s no surprise. My friend had the gingerbread scent from however long ago and it always smelled amazing wherever she was. I tried the newer 2019 gingerbread scent and it wasn’t the same. Came across this one on amazon and it was the same thing she had! Love the scent.

I was excited to receive this but was disappointed when the scent wasn’t the same or as nice as the candle and room spray. It had a scent that wasn’t as nice but it could be possible I just received a bottle with not as great of quality.
