The cushions are quite nice. Well made and comfortable. Sadly they ship them folded in half and vacuum packed. You have to leave them out for 24 hours to plump up but the cushions that are folded inwardly have a nasty crease. I'm going to try steaming the cushion. I would like to recommend that the company fold both cushions toward the back before packing them so that the wrinkle is toward the bottom of the cushion. ... show more

A great product. They came in a vacuum sealed package. The cushions plumped up with a couple of hours. The fabric was good quality. I'd definitely recommend this product.

    • Inconsistent Size, Thickness. Foam Has No Structural Integrity

These were returned within 2 days a receipt because of the following reasons: 1. In a package of 6 cushions, 3 were about 1/2 the thickness of the others. 2. There were 4 different dimensions to the cushions. One was about 17 inches square, 2 were about 14 x 14, one was 16 x 12 and 2 were 15 x 14. 3. The 'memory foam' used had no structural integrity. It fully flattened the moment you sat on it. Essentially, there was just a layer of fabric on the wood seats. I will also mention that the non-slip rubberized fabric that was meant to hold the cushion in place didn't. Two of the pads actually lacked stitching in multiple places. These are of sub-par quality and only Amazon's no questions return policy earned them a single star. ... show more
