Trying to get a new pole. Today is the last day to send this back. Although my kids have loved this unfortunately due to the ice storm we just had the middle pole broke and we need just a new pole for it. I can’t get support number through the company. If anyone can help with this is would be great. Only giving 2 stars hoping it get attention. Other than that I would give it 5 they love it. ... show more

It wasn’t hard to assemble just make sure you have at least 3/4 people to help lol. It’s great, my kids love coming home after school and practice hitting!
