This stuff tastes great and has a lot of DHA (depending on the flavor you get.) My personal favorite is the key lime pie flavor, but the orange one is alright and goes pretty well in smoothies.

Shake it before you dive in. The flavor of the peach is pretty good but you can definitely taste the fish oil in it. I tried the lemon one first and I could barely tell there was fish oil in it; I decided to try this one next. I vigorously shook the peach one the second time to see if that helped mask the flavor more so. It didn’t help. I’ll definitely be trying to mix this into a sherbet ice cream next. *Lemon is the way to go!

My preferred way of taking fish oil. I'm not a fan of the large pills, and sometimes they can leave a bad after taste or cause burping. This actually has a good key lime pie flavor and has more Omega 3 than some of their other flavors.

It’s so hard for me to take the supplements, but with the Barlean’s product it taste great it goes down nice and smooth ( especially the citrus sorbet !) and there’s no lingering after effects! I highly recommend it.
