The media could not be loaded. This jigger is one stunning piece. Aside from being aesthetically appealing, it is the most functional one I’ve seen. I love the measuring lines to assist with making the most precise cocktail recipes.

The positive: Starting with the presentation, it’s quite impressive. This will work very nicely as a Christmas gift. While it’s small, it doesn’t look like something you picked up in the checkout lane at Walmart, it looks like something you picked up in the checkout lane at that pricey fine scotch and whiskey store in the next county over. The inside surface leaves no doubt where the measurement lines are at and they won’t fade over time because they’re actual groves. The neutral: The markings on the outside are why I took off a star. While they’re fairly nice, I’m not sure if they’ll hold up long term. They aren’t a deep engraved image like the lines inside. The potential negative: The only real possible negative is the outside finish. Some have complained the finish is either scratched or flaking. I really like the darker finish, but with the base metal being silver, any wear or damage will show much more readily if the outside is dark. Thus, I purchased the light silver chrome color. So I have one for myself and I’m purchasing several more for a few friends who partake in quality spirits from time to time. To ensure it lasts, I’ll make sure to only hand wash it.
