I got this costume for my 2 year old who is very into sonic. We plan on altering it to fit him but this was the smallest costume I could find that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I will say the costume itself isn't so bad the issues I have are that the spikes very much fall flat, the headpiece itself kinda rubs on the bottom of the chin with the potential to cause a rash. My son finds the headpiece uncomfortable and tight fitting at the age of 2 idk how someone who's 4 would be able to comfortably wear it. The gloves that come with the costume have white fuzz coming off so I doubt it'll last very long. It's manageable at best. Will see what happens on Halloween night. The head piece and the actual costume doesn’t match in size! The head piece is too small!! It will leave marks under chin from being so tight. Wrong size!

My 3 yr old son loves sonic, this was the smallest costume that we found. We thought that everything might be big on him considering he was still a few inches off of the height length but surprisingly the head piece and gloves fit perfectly. The headpiece is not as pictured. The ears don't have the tan color inside....and it just sort of hangs there. I am going to try to get the hedgehog find to stick out somehow....maybe by lining them with wire or searching them

The head piece is really small, I bought a medium for my 3 year old and it is so small it can't even close. If you're buying this buy a sonic fleece hat separate to complete the look.
