The Bare Home 100% cotton flannel sheets are very good quality. First off the deep pocket makes for an excellent fit for a thick mattress, I believe ours is 14 inch. The width of the top sheet allows for drape on both sides, even after washing. The double brushed flannel makes the sleep experience extra comfy as you are enveloped in softness. Bonus in that Bare Home is committed to eliminating harmful chemicals in bedding, I was not aware and was pleasantly surprised. I noticed one reviewer comment that the top sheet wasn’t printed on both sides. This is true with many sheets and can be remedied by placing the printed side of the top sheet down so that you’re enveloped in the print. I would definitely repurchase from Bare Home and highly recommend these flannel sheets. Man of the house was very appreciative of the blue print, I was appreciative of the minimal if any shrinkage after washing. Very nice find! ... show more

    • Different colors are different flannel types. Some soft some scratchy.

These are very good quality flannel and are soft, not scratchy at all. They are the gray checked ones. The green ones were a different material and scratchy, so some are a different type material.

I have mixed feelings about thise sheet set. I waited to wash them until the weather got cold and I would use them. Upon pulling them out of the package I noticed a very strong chemical smell. I washed them 3x used vinegar but they still had a harsh smell. I finally have up and put them in the dryer. When dry the smell was gone. I don't know what chemicals they used to put the winter snowman decor on there but I don't think it's good for us to sleep on because when it's washed again.... That harsh odor was still there. I paid a premium for these because they will fit my deep mattress well. Not sure if this issue is true of all their sheets so I'm hesitant to buy another set. They fit my bed perfect. They are warm and soft. There was a large amount of lint in the dryer. So take what you read & decide for yourself. ... show more

These sheets were well made and super comfy flannels for a split king bed, which means two twinXL fitted sheet. These fitted sheets were a bit large and therefore looser fitting than others I have purchased for Spit king beds.
