I couldn’t be happier with these flannel sheets! The quality is outstanding—they’re soft, warm, and durable, making them perfect for chilly nights. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this item because I wanted the soft feeling of the flannel without sliding around everywhere you can get from silk sheets. When I received the item it was very well boxed and packaged. I opened the box and after washing them(I always do that) I put them on the bed and laid down on the bed for the first time I was in heaven! They are so soft and comfortable, they aren’t too hot as you would think from thinking about them being flannel sheets. The fabric was just right. I will definitely be buying this product from here on out!

These are so soft and actually a durable flannel that's got a nice smooth feel as well. The color is beautiful (I chose eggplant.) They come in a nifty little flannel bag that could be used for other things. I washed them when I got them on gentle and put them in the dryer on a regular setting. They did fill the filter with a thick layer of cast off fuzz which I'm hoping isn't a sign they will wear out quickly. It didn't seem to effect their luxurious, soft feel however. If you want warm and cozy, these are the nicest, snuggliest sheets! I actually took them off my bed until later because it's not cold enough in our area to have sheets this warm. I will look forward to when I use them again. I rated them 4⭐ because of how they shed so much fluff going through the dryer. Otherwise, I highly recommend these sheets. They're heavenly soft.

I want to start my review by saying that these sheets are wonderful and Bare Homes is a great company and cares about their customers. Amazon is a different story. I ordered these sheets from Amazon and received a damaged/defective sheet set. There was about an inch long hard raised fabric on the sheet. I contacted Amazon for an exchange and they said they could only do a refund and then I could reorder. I needed the sheet set within a week so I ordered another set of the same sheets so they would be here on time. That was fine, except then Amazon refused to give me a refund on the damaged sheets they sold me unless I sent a form of government ID to a third party link they would send me. I will not do this as it sounds like a scam and some information on an ID is not necessary. We have never had a problem returning items, especially damaged items. We also paid with an Amazon gift card so it would just be put back on our account as a gift card. When I asked why they need ID they would not tell me unless I sent an ID. After talking with many representatives including supervisors, I was later told a couple different reasons by different representatives. One representative told me there was abnormal activity on my account. Anther said that they needed me to prove it was me so they know its going on the right account. Another representative told me it was their new policy for everyone because of too many returns by people globally. Then another representative even told me that the link that was sent to me to send my ID was not from Amazon. No one else I know is having this problem returning items. I have been shopping with Amazon for a very long time, we have been Prime members and have a Amazon credit card. We shop from Amazon a lot and spend a lot of money, rarely do we return anything. The only time we have returned something is if it came to us damaged or missing a part. If this is there new policy to have to provide ID to a third party link, that is their choice, but we will no longer be shopping with Amazon so they will be losing our Prime membership and we will cancel our Amazon credit card. In this case they sold me a defective set of sheets and should have made this right. They have the majority of our information from our Amazon account that we have had forever. And again, we paid with an Amazon gift card so all they had to do was put the refund back on the account the order came from and where the Amazon gift card was used in the first place. This is terrible customer service, especially when we have ordered so much from them. On the other had, Bare Homes is AMAZING!!! I contacted Bare Homes directly and they were wonderful!!!! They took care of me with no questions. They even sent me a different color sheet set since I already replaced the original one when I reordered it from Amazon. I didn't need two sets of sheets, but they are the best sheet sets I have found so I don't mind having two. They are soft and the fitted sheet fits so nice! I will definitely be ordering more products from Bare Home, but will do so directly from their website.
