I purchased 4 TwinXL sheets (I have a split king bed) and i received 2 sets of packaging. I thought, no big deal, companies change their packaging all the time! But the feeling of the 2 sheets from different packaging were VERY different. One was buttery soft, while the other was more of a slick feel. They're both good quality sheets, but I definitely prefer the buttery soft ones over the slick ones. If i needed to order more, it's disappointing that I don't know which one i would get. Just for reference, if anyone is curious, the ones that come in a plastic package with white seams & a zipper are the soft ones, and the ones that come in just plastic that is stuck together are more slick.

POSITIVE: Has been a great affordable option for our sheets. Before this we had bought a much more expensive set from target. Those only lasted 6 months before developing holes and tears in them. This has definitely been more durable. They’re silky and very comfortable. NEGATIVE: They fit our bed horribly… It has nothing to do with the size we purchased, but more with the fact that it is not sewn well. It’s more of a square shape then a rectangle. At times it might as well be a loose sheet on our bed (not a fitted one!). It looks terrible. But throw your quilt over it and you would never know… so it’s fine for us :)
