Went to this olive oil producer in Sicily and have been hooked ever since. #1 and #3 are the best olive oils I've ever had. #3 is more spicy and good for drizzling over pasta as a finishing oil. We use the #1 as a milder oil for salads and such. This company is great and I highly suggest reading their bio online. You'll appreciate the time and dedication that goes into making such a high quality product.

I honestly found this olive oil to be flavorless. I lived in Italy for almost 10 years and have been trying various olive oils religiously from the highest end to the the lowest end for over 15 year now. This one isn't even close to the best. You can find better "Made in Italy but 100% imported to America" EVOO like Colavita in any grocery store at a better price. All the money here is on the bottle...not the oil.
