Totally different truck. The installment took some welding of brackets on a customized bumper I have, some metal cutting for pipe placements on the truck front, & took some working around air filter housing & rearranging/re-piping that didn't look like it was going to work, but it all turned out really good. Pretty much you have to have someone that knows what they're doing because the entire front of the truck had to come off: bumpers, some heavy duty bumper brackets, all head & marker lights, etc. it took a couple days. The truck, an F250 1995 PowerStroke, is normally very loud at the lifters. It is very quiet running now & seems lighter, & faster beyond anything I ever could have expected. I believe it will help the re manufactured engine very much-to last longer, run cooler. I noticed the thermostat gage is at a cooler position now & a cooling response to more heated times is a pretty timely cooling response. It runs like a very very new engine that overall was a lot of work over the last few years to install & get the truck in better working order, but with the intercooler newly installed it has made it a much better, more stable running truck. F-250's made before 1999, must have an intercooler installed to run truly right. It is a good needed dream fulfilled. It is a 'must have' truly, for proper cooling of PowerStrokes. I am a girl that had to have someone that really knew what they were doing to help me install this. ... show more

    • Does not include all hose clamps needed, kit only comes with 2, you need a total of 4, 3" clamps.
Nice kit, didnt include all that was needed, so cannot give it 5 stars. Good instructions Good cutout templates Good Boost gauge bung size for autometer boost gauge. Nice color, looks good too

Well first off I received the red model and not sure why somebody would give this a bad review for the color. I personally love the red ,it pops like crazy 😍. it fits like a glove but you do have to play around a little and modify some things but not too bad. I have a 1994.5 f250 powerstroke with stock 3.55 gears on 37's, paired with baby swamps and KC turbos super spool 0.84 back housing on stock turbo tp38, hydra tuner with swamps tuning and this thing changed it completely!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to make efficient power and very low egts on highway and city driving. Before it was non-intercold I had a 1.0 back housing with same tuning and it was horrible towing and race tunes were pretty high egts. But not anymore! ... show more

Super kit, yes it costs some money but you get what you pay for, added this with baby swamps injectors and swamps 6 position tuner, what a animal it made it!!!! Rivals my old hopped up 6.4
