Cracks appeared after just one month. I did all the steps to protect the board. I oiled it perfectly numerous times. I used a food grade mineral oil that is designed for bamboo cutting boards. Even after numerous applications the board remained dry after just a few day's of not using it. I continued to apply the oil and now the board has a crack in it.

The media could not be loaded. This cutting board is poorly designed. The bamboo strips that make up the board should be staggered so that no joints coincide. See my video. The board would be stronger and not prone to split as mine did. It split after the second use. I did NOT soak it in water; I only gave it a quick wipe-off and dry.

Its not supposed to mold very easily and it does. And today i dropped the board and it snapped right in half! Not sure how that happens. How do I contact the company?

Product came very well and attractively packaged, ready to be presented as a gift if needed. Board is sturdy. Great for cutting as well as used for serving/presenting cheese or veggie tray. Reversible if needed. Light coating of mineral oil keeps it looking new. nEeded up buying a couple more after we received the initial one and saw how nice it was.

Wanted a good looking wood cutting board to leave out on the counter. This bamboo board seemed to be what I wanted. Product started to have small splits within a couple of weeks. Will keep it until the product is unusable and will look for another that is better built.
