Bought this for my husband. I hate cologne and get migraines easily from scents and this is subtle but noticeable. If I could wear it I would. I wish they made scents for women. I bought sun and surf. It's a warm spice type of scent. I did end up buying the ocean air next but unfortunately I couldn't get it open, so I sent it back. From what I could smell through the side of the container...it's not a good scent. I ordered more Sun & Surf. My recommended to the company is to change the container and sell a sample set, so we can try all of them. If you're looking for a subtle scent you don't have to spray, this is it

I never thought I’d write a love letter to a lotion I rub on my nether nuggets, but here we are. Let me paint the picture: before Ballsy, my boys were living a rough life. Chafed. Sad. Living in a perpetual state of Sahara Desert meets sandpaper. Then Ballsy entered the chat like a suave but slightly unhinged cologne commercial. One rub, and suddenly it was like my walnuts checked into a five-star spa in the Alps. This stuff smells like confidence and victory. Not overpowering like “I just bathed in Axe body spray and bad decisions,” but more like, “I chop wood shirtless and know how to grill the perfect steak.” Texture? Smooth as a Barry White playlist. Absorbs faster than your last paycheck. And the cooling effect? Oh. My. God. It’s like your groin just took a peppermint breath mint. I literally strutted around the house for an hour afterward like I had secrets and stock options. Would I recommend it? Hell yes. To every man, every boyfriend, every dad, uncle, mailman—if they’ve got the gear, they need this cheer. Ballsy: putting the “care” back in “pair.”

2nd time I bought this and I literally had to put it in a vice to open the lid. Physically could not open it and container was dirty. Besides that the container does not match the photo on site. It’s a very flat metal container and the product doesn’t smell the same nor is it easy to apply because it’s so hard. Previously it was smooth, very fragrant, and easy to open. Not buying again.

Ron Burgundy would approve. For real this stuff works great. The reviews that talk about the product being small haven’t accounted for the small amount needed; just a pinch is all you need. Texture is similar to a wax; it stays put and repels sweat. Scent lasts for the whole day. Assuming you keep your nuts clean before applying this stuff works great!

This smells really nice, very masculine! It has oils in it and that makes it very gentle and easy to apply. It is not oily though. Once a little bit is smoothed on, it soaks in- doesn't leave the skin oily. And the scent is strong for the very little you need to apply. Yes, the tin is small for the price and that did concern me. However, since it takes so little and it goes a long way, I feel you absolutely get what you paid for. My man really likes this too and enjoys my application. I plan on buying the other scents. I just don't know where to start...like a kid in a candy store! I would really like to ask the manufacturer to make a set that has trial size tins with all the scents. Please?

I have purchased the sun and surf, drift and dunes, and bourbon and barrel in the past. I have purchased the same items just recently. I’m not for sure what they’ve done to their recipe, but these three are totally different than what they used to be. They don’t seem to have the same fragrance and seems to be more of a harder wax blend than the previous items I have purchased. I have give this a one star review because of the change in the product. I still have some of my old sun and surf and the new sun and surf does not even compare. At this point, I’m not for sure. I will go back to this product. UPDATE: So I did use the the sun and surf this morning it does seem to have a fragrance but it is not the same as my other sun and surf this fragrance is more of what I would call the bourbon and barrel. My old sun and surf is more of a sweeter smell and has more fragrance.
