This is my first time using one of these - less difficult that I thought it would be. The pieces to assemble the arch are all connected with an internal string thru the detachable/foldable mini stick sections (like tent supports); this makes it easy to assemble but also means the size of the arch is not adjustable (can't remove any pieces to make smaller). Comes with a ton of balloon connectors, and multiple ways to use. Comes with ropes you can string the balloon holders on as well if you want to hang them up like a banner instead of using on the arch or anchoring them to the ground. I'm actually going to use these with christmas lights instead of balloons, and a preliminary test proved they will work just fine outdoors. I did drill holes in the bases so I could stake them down instead of using the weight bags that come with it. Since it will be outdoors and exposed to the wind I also used the ropes that came with them. ... show more

Simple to set up, just as easy to disassemble, a breeze to store. Came with all sorts of extras like balloon hangers and a hand pump. Absolutely love that it has the weights for the bottom. Couldn't be happier.
