I usually wear a band size 32-34 with at least a DDD cup but options are slim, so I bought this in size large and it was super comfy with room for swelling and growing belly. Now post partum they still fit very comfortably, you almost forget the bra is there but it keeps everything in place. Comfortable. I ordered a Medium; I’m 5’1” and 125 lbs. Typically I am a 34 C. With this bra, I am using the last set of hooks…if I gain any weight, I’ll have to buy a large. Hope this helps with you choosing a size. It’s super comfortable and fits somewhat like a sports bra, but easy to get on and off and not as tight. No underwire but it’s supportive. It gives support without having underwire, is soft and stretchy, has sewn-in foam pads that are not bulky nor too thin, has a decent amount of shape so you are not entirely sacrificing looks for comfort...I could go on. My shape has changed over time and I’ve been having a hard time finding a bra that fits without bunching at the top. my usual tried and true brands all have the same problem. I was a bit concerned when I thought of buying a bra like this because it doesn’t have the usual alphabet cup sizes, only SML. According to the sizing chart, at what used to be a 36D, I should be a medium but after trying one on in a store I opted for a large. It fits perfectly. The bunching and gapping is nonexistent and can be worn under softer fabric without my nipples showing through. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day and still provide the support I want. This bra is soft and I like the wide straps but it runs small. I measured and ordered the Medium but it is too tight and the cups are just a little smaller than expected. So far 5 stars......I was looking for a comfortable bra without wires. I am a post lumpectomy patient but I do not require a special bra. I am tall so I was so worried about the length of the straps....no problem! The bra gives one a great shape....is supremely comfortable to wear all day. I hope that it washes well. I just ordered several more. Let's see if it is comfortable in the heat of an Atlanta summer. I don't know Yet. It sure seems like a tremendous value for the money.
