Both are well made. The sand in the 10 lb ball is very unbalanced when thrown. So when we try to throw it to each other for a workout, it gets wobbly and awkward. We love the 20 lb ball. It’s perfect.

It seams like it is good quality and the price is great compared to Dick's sporting and other places. I just got it so I haven't used it much yet. I expect it will last. It arrived in great shame in spite of the box being damaged as little.
