If you have crappy knees or knee replacements and have trouble putting pressure on them or: kneeling on a hard surface floor, this mat is the answer. Yoga mats are too thin and a word that rhymes with pity. This mat is extra thick, folds up, has handles and a nice vinyl covering to wipe down when finished. I bought it mainly to do abs workout, because my lower back was hurting just using a mat. So i wanted somethin thicker. I liked thid one because k can do any type of workout in the floor and it doesnt hurt. Also it folds in 3 so i can just put it in between furniture to save it.

Easy to fold and lay out. Has enough cushion support and is long which works well for taller people. I like this way better then the thinner yoga mats. It's perfect to do at home exercises that might require movement like jumping. I like the handle too because it makes it easy to move and hold. Overall for the price it's good but I've only used it once. The only thing I could see being bad is that the outer pink layer is separate from the inner thick layer so sometimes when you do exercises like planks and your feet might slide, I could see the outer layer possibly ripping or tearing in the future if it stretches too much and wears down.
