Its jiggly if you force it but its not with taps. It is small for sure, the picture does not do it justice, its literally the size of a paper towel roll. Texture is smooth not real like and not very flexible. Knowing it have rods or whatever in it to make a spine. I guess for a guy it'll be more easier to use. I should have gotten the bigger size.
