I purchased an all season king size duvet from their website. It did not meet my needs for warmth and after 7-8 emails back and forth to JonJon and Sol, I have sent four more. These emails keep coming back to me unanswered. DO NOT THROW AWAY OR DESTROY YOUR BOX. They won't accept the return. But they did promise me a replacement "winter" king size duvet. That was a month ago. I used Apple and will send them all my emails and they can deal with these people. They began nice and ended up rude. ... show more

I read all the reviews before I bought this DC Wow not dissatisfied I love it!! I always put new down comforters in the dryer on low to see how many feathers fly out. None. Sewn tight. Glad I got this baby!!
