Hard side cases are tempting and trending but I really like the extra exterior zipper pockets you only get with soft side luggage. I was determined to get charcoal this time since every other bag on the plane is black. I went through the Amazon choices many times and this Bagsmart set just kept being the favorite. I'm really happy with the features: 360 degree spin wheels; TSA approved lock; small and larger exterior zip pockets plus unexpected water bottle pocket on the side; soft handle on top and one side; easy locking positions on the retractable handle - shorter position works better to glide the bag along. Features I wish had been included: more inside pockets; elastic packing straps instead of twill; 1" taller - 22" would still meet most airline requirements. The little matching duffel was part of my interest in this bag. Several reviews weren't impressed with the duffel but it exactly meets my needs. 14'X1O"x5" soft structure comfortably fits my toiletry bag, iPad, old-timey Daytimer, book, snacks, earbuds, with room to spare. Many reviews said they didn't get the duffel so Bagsmart has now clarified where it's stored, then tied it with a white cord that's hard to miss. Best feature: there is a band at the back of the duffel that slips over the retractable bag handle for comfortable movement through the terminal - the two matching pieces rolling along together look pretty cool, too!

This carry on is really well made. I love the color and the durable fabric. I plan to use the extra small travel bag as a “pocketbook” for essentials. I have purchased several Bagsmart items and I have been pleased with all of them.

The suitcase fit perfectly in all the overhead compartments on my Delta flights. The other bag fit perfectly under the seat. Plenty of storage for 5 summer outfits, 2 pajama sets, and flip flops. I rolled all of my outfits. I was able to fit all of my bathroom accessories and small purse in the other bag. The rollers worked well and overall the suitcase felt very sturdy. Made my trip very nice.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it because I wanted a slightly bigger carry on. The additional bag is such a joke i am going to keep it as my toiletry bag. I’ll donate the bag to a friend. It’s a joke. I have a size 10 foot. Look at that pic. Do not buy
