I am very pleased with this purchase! I spent many hours searching for the carry on that met United Airlines guidelines, had good reviews, and had the features I desired. This one didn't disappoint! I flew standby and at one airport this carry on had to be checked due to lack of overhead space remaining on the flight. It got lost in the process. When I received it 2 days later there wasn't any damage to the exterior and all contents were secure. I highly recommend it this product! The wheels, zippers, and locks all work very well and the handle is sturdy.

We bought two for a trip to Europe. We carried these on the plane for each part of our journey. The extendable handles broke after the second plane ride, then the zipper broke. These are absolute junk, do not waste your money.
