This bag is a game changer. It is lightweight but not at all cheap feeling. The telescoping handle is easy to operate. It has convenient handles on both the top and the side for easy grabbing when maneuvering. The exterior is stylish and looks well made. The zipper is easy to slide and fits perfectly into the locks for security. I love that it has a second expandable zipper. The rose gold color is understated and very pretty. I carried it for a work trip and it easily fit into the overhead compartment even when loaded to the max. The wheels roll like a dream and it was simple to steer with one hand - even when adding a purse, travel pillow and small tote onto the handle. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced travel option.

This is likely the fourth one of these I buy. Not because I’m replacing them but because I’ve bought one for everyone in the family. I have one my husband has one my disgusted has one my mom has one my son has one. I mean everybody. I have multiple items from this brand and they never disappoint.

Buyer beware. I purchased this suitcase and used it for travel within the U.S. as a test run for how it would hold up for international travel. One short trip and the zipper pull was gone. I travel extensively and yes zippers have come off, after a few years… one trip and it’s gone. To make matters worse you can’t lock the suitcase without the proper zipper pull. I’ve been trying to contact Amazon and Bagsmart Customer Service through Amazon and I just spent 30 mins getting pushed from link to link with no resolution. Very disappointed in both Amazon and Bagsmart at this point.
