I use this as a follow up to a back massage (I purchased one of the portable shiatsu back massagers) and I always (not kidding or exaggerating) get desired results - backaches and pains are greatly or completely gone. Pros -Easy to assemble -For me even at the highest height the discomfort was minimal -Definitely provides results especially if you tend to sleep in weird positions and wake up with back pain - After a while I actually found it comfortable to lay on for extended periods Cons The mechanism to increase the height is a bit awkward to maneuver Over time I noticed that the spikes felt dull - still got results but there is definitely a difference in how it feels When dismounting, roll onto your side off the board and then slowly sit up. If you try to sit up straight from the board it will hurt a lot.

This is my first time using a back stretcher, so I wasn't quite sure how it was going to work or if I was even going to like it. It took me a minute to figure out how to move the stretcher so it would curve, but you have to pull out the large plastic pin in the back part of the device. Once I did that, I was able to twist the large rod and the Yetulike Back Stretcher started to bend. I read in the directions that, if this is your first time you should have it on a level without a large bend, so I tried that. It felt a bit awkward, but I did actually feel my back crack a little bit! The stretch felt good, but I want to research it a bit more to make sure I am actually doing it correctly because anything with your back makes me a bit nervous (for example: how long do you stretch, what is the write bend/height of the curve, etc.). I just want to avoid injury by doing it incorrectly. Overall the price was reasonable, so it really could be a good device for someone that needs it. Personally, I am looking forward to trying it more and making it a part of my daily routine.

As a new mom, I'm constantly being in an uncomfortable position while nursing a baby. My back is not thrilled about it. This stretch massager gave me a release from the first minutes of use. I definitely recommend it for moms and not only. Durable, good quality material, three positions, very compact, price is just great. I cannot be happier.

When I ordered this, I didn't expect much (it had a rather low price tag), but as someone with countless back issues, I'm often tempted by weird looking back pain products. And what arrived is more or less what it looks like: a piece of plastic with a screw on the bottom that allows you to bend it into a curve (plus a thin strip of foam that doesn't stick to the top). The result is that it's "fine". Bending backwards over something like this is going to provide a stretch for your lumbar spine, which will feel good. I didn't experience any satisfying "cracking" effect, so the effect was ultimately quite similar to a foam roller, but without the mobility of being able to roll. The magnetic spikes didn't really seem to make any noticeable difference, and I didn't find lying on it to feel much like a massage. I will say that the design is rather clever, using a tightening screw to adjust the plastic into a more dramatic curve. Oddly, this worked somewhat well when positioned on the back of a chair as a lumbar support, which makes me wish I had a chair with something similar (the structure of this doesn't lend itself well to sitting in a chair, unfortunately). So, overall, I can't say as I was particularly impressed by this, but it did more or less meet expectations.
