i have pretty much tried every version of these "posture correctors" e.g., the ones with arm straps, the ones with arm loops, etc. and this one by far is the most comfortable to wear, physically easier on your body (i.e., no crazy shoulder or back aches), and can therefore be worn the longest. This thing works wonderful! I got the medium size since I'm a 36 waist and the fit isn't the greatest though. I may not be using it correctly but i followed the instructions given in the package and it just rides up and doesn't give much support when at work or bending over a lot. I will say after a week of wearing it my posture has improved dramatically. Most notable is when driving, my back used to hurt like crazy when i would sit up straight and with this the pain is non existent! I never realized the headrests is cars were actually used hahaha ... show more

I purchased the "Fit Geno Posture Corrector for Women and Men - Adjustable Back Brace & Straightener for Scoliosis, Hunchback Correction, Back Pain, Spine Corrector, Back Support and Posture Trainer (Large (Waist 41"-49")" in March of 2024. Because I didn't carefully read the size matrix that was posted, I ordered the wrong size. I informed their customer service and they not only sent me the correct size, they told me to keep the wrong size and suggested donating it to charity. Great customer service. The product itself works great. It's easy to use and provides excellent support for my back. it has even helped me to stand up straighter. I'll update this review if things go south, but my first impression of this brace is quite positive. I've always had bad posture and tried a brace 45 years ago, but all it did was cut the circulation off to my arms. I recently developed a stabbing pain in my upper-middle back. The doctor feels its just muscular and will resolve on its own, but it's pretty painful so I ordered this brace yesterday, figuring it might kill two birds with one stone (and hoping that technology in these types of braces had improved over the past half of a century). I've been wearing it all morning and my back pain is minimal (finally!). I can also tell that it's forcing my posture to be better. I suspect that I will get some muscle fatigue from standing up straight (when I'm not used to it) and that I may need to build up a tolerance for it, but overall it is very comfortable and I anticipate using it even once my back pain is gone to help me with my posture. It is very high-quality material. Can't wear skin-tight shirts over it without it showing, but I didn't really expect that I could. Thank you! ... show more

I bought this to help me with my posture and it works great! I saw several reviews that said it was comfortable and had no problem wearing it all day. I didn't have the same experience. The torso wrap gets really warm, which makes it a little uncomfortable. Not the most breathable.
