I am a huge Baccarat Rouge 540 fan and have purchased it many times from Neiman Marcus. I know the scent VERY well and know how long it should last. I saw this on Amazon at about $150 less than what I usually pay. Believe the old adage "You get what you pay for!" While the packaging looks legitimate, the scent of the fragrance smells stale and most of all it does not even last an hour on my skin. Other bottles I have purchased in the past last literally all day on my skin and for days on my clothing. I am not sure what happened here, but this is not worth the money. My first red flag with this product was that the product label was not attached to the product. It arrives and the label was separate from the actual bottle. Now I do understand that I guess there’s a possibility this can happen through shipping but it definitely made me a bit skeptical from the start. Then, as I wore the perfume the last few days, it was nowhere near potent. This is supposed to be a perfume and instead it seems like a spray. The cheap alcoholic version as opposed to the pure perfume version. The spray bottle also leaks, which makes me feel like it’s just a faulty bottle and package. For all the money, I spent, this is an extreme disappointment, and I would never buy this again Through Amazon. Honestly, I’m scared to buy it again. my first bottle of this was a gift from my boyfriend and it just lasted longer and it was a better product.
