  • This is an awesome stroller!
I love this stroller! It is so lightweight and easy to maneuver. My kid loves to ride it in, and the cover is great protection from the sun. I love the little window on the top of the cover so I can still see him while we are on walks. The stroller has storage but it is very narrow without a lot of depth so a diaper bag will not fit - but there are pouches to store diapers and wipes. This stroller is easy to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning. I've washed the coverings a few times with no problems. It also fits under the seat on flights! But get the storage bag in case you need to gate-check it! Overall this is a great pick for your daily and travel stroller. ... show more

  • Worth the wait
So I was between this one and the uppababy minu. Went ahead and ordered both to see which I liked better. Both my husband and I like the yo-yo better. The compact fold is amazing & while people worry about it not being a “one handed fold”, I can leave baby secure and do step one of the fold which takes both hands, then take baby out and do the remainder of the fold one handed with baby on the hip. Additionally the open is one handed and it springs to life amazingly well! Despite its size it feels very sturdy and secure. We previously had the GB pockit for travel and I hated how rickety it felt while pushing. It would also not always lock in to place and even started to collapse once as I was loading my infant into the seat. NO worries whatsoever about that with the yo-yo. It has amazingly clean lines too! When the minu arrived I really couldn’t get the canopy to stay all the way open and it always looked frumpy. The yo-yo canopy while not having a flip out visor still has great coverage and is nice and sleek. No wrinkles or frumpiness at all. Additionally the handlebar height is perfect even for tall parents. I’m 5’7’’ and husband is 6’5” and both fine it comfortable. My 25 pound 18 month old and 34 pound 3.5 year old both found it comfortable while seated and fully reclined. I will say the minu has a bigger basket and I prefer the mechanism on the minu’s seat for adjusting the seat recline. however, the support that holds part of the minu canopy up is plastic (versus the yo-yo which is sturdier, bc it’s metal) and it broke in the first 5 minutes when I went to fold the minu stroller. I really thought I would love the minu being that we already have a vista and love it. I only played with the minu for 20 min or so, but I also couldn’t get the seat back to stay compactly folded down when I would fold the stroller, it would always flop out past the handlebar which obviously made it bulkier. In the end while we love our uppababy vista for all of its full sized stroller glory….when it comes to a travel stroller, Babyzen is worth the $$$ ... show more

  • A true maverick for parents with a toddler- especially for international travel!
We finally decided to get our hands on a YoYo2 for a European trip, and it was truly PHENOMENAL. Nothing replaces being able to stow the stroller on the overhead compartment of the plane, carrying it around with its shoulder strap, and then swinging it open in one movement to seat the toddler immediately after getting off the plane. Wow, wow, wow! The YoYo2 also comes with front suspension, which made it a breeze in the tricky cobblestone streets of Paris and Lisbon. Uphill, downhill, our baby was safe and we were happy campers. Truly impressive performance! ... show more

... show more

  • I was so glad to return this and bought a different stroller.
I regreted buying this stroller so much. I wanted to love it. Because I did a lot of research for a lightweight compact stroller to use everyday and especially for going on a flight. This was on the expensive side, but I decided to go for it anyways because it looks so compact yet sturdy and beautiful. It weighs about 13.5lbs. Not too light, but not heavy either. First cons: Packaging and assembling it out of package. They could do so much better with it. The box was small and light. However when I took it out of the box, I basically had to assemble EVERYTHING, like from scratch. I don’t get it. Why can’t it be already assembled, just folded down, and packed in the box? I mean the box can be a little bigger, I don’t mind. But the assembling process was such a pain. Because, the instructions are so bad!!! Pictures with arrows that so hard to understand at first glance. You even have to put together the frame of the canopy, by inserting the thin metal rods into the fabric. The whole thing was really annoying I immediately hated this stroller. Second cons: The folding/unfolding is not as easy as advertised. They take some practice to get used to, and even then, it still doesn’t fold/unfold in one try. The front wheels have to face forward in order for it to fold completely, and you know the wheels will move during mid-fold, then get caught with the back wheels and prevent it from being folded all the way. So I had to turned the front wheels, mid fold, to be able to finish the fold. The pros are: stroller is pretty, the manuever seems very smooth as well. But, the cons outweighed so I had to return and I’m so glad I did. I bought the Mamazing Ultra Air stroller instead, which weighs even lighter at 11.5 lbs, about $250 cheaper, though not as pretty, but manuever just as smooth, folds and unfolds like a charm, bigger canopy, AND did not have to assemble like the Yoyo out of the box. If you’re deciding between another brand and the Babyzen Yoyo 2, please decide carefully and keep in mind of the cons. I so far love the Mamazing a lot. My 2 year old fits nicely in it and happy too, many reclining postions, and I can use it right away out of the box (only had to snap the 2 wheels in place and that’s it.) I didn’t even need to read the instructions. They have these little notes for instructions that also double as a wrapper. For example, the string to adjust the reclining position, has a little orange instruction, it will tells you how to adjust the position. So as you tear off each of these orange paper wrappers, you already know how to use what and what. Very simple and smart. I love it! ... show more
