I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product. As I was taking each piece out, I noticed almost every single part had an issue. From scratches, paint chipped off, dented corners, stains, etc. I was really looking forward for this to be in excellent condition because, not only is it new, but I've purchased a dresser recently from Delta Children/Baby Gap in the same color: Sage/Natural. I've tried contacting Delta Children support but after a few minutes the bot only says no one is available and someone will reach out via email, but I can't get a confirmation on what email is on file. Update: I figured I should at least try and put it together in the meantime, but as luck would have it, I can't even do that. One of the leg pieces is duplicated so I can't screw it in into place properly. ... show more

This cube organizer is so adorable. It was relatively easy to build by myself and is pretty sturdy. Definitely good value for the money. The reason I took 1 star off, though, is because I ordered two of these bookcases and one of them arrived missing its entire hardware kit. So I have to return it and wait for a new one to come in. Edit: I also want to add that I did not notice any major chemical smell like other people are saying. Even if there was a smell, that shouldn't affect reviews as much as it has. All new furniture and products have a smell for a while. I bought new Sterilite containers recently and the "chemical" smell is overpowering, but that's just because they're new. Same thing with the new couches we bought recently. This product does not deserve the 3.5-star rating it has. ... show more

I received this gift from my baby shower registry and when my husband put it together, the pre-manufactured drill holes in the top piece of the shelf were misaligned. When we contacted Delta, which we could only do successfully via email, they asked us for very specific information about the item numbers and ultimately told us to contact Amazon for a refund. It took us forever to get in touch with an actual representative from Amazon customer service. The whole return process took hours off our lives and was very frustrating. After initially offering us a 20% refund (which we refused), they eventually sent us another shelf. The shelf itself is very cute and matches the other navy baby gap furniture perfectly. Be aware that this is a toddler shelf, so it’s pretty tiny! ... show more

I was so worried this was going to be too small, but I took a chance because the pink color and details were unique compared to other cube storage shelves for children. I’m so happy I did. Not only is the color and detailing so darling for a toddlers bedroom, but it’s truly the perfect size. I can store so many books and stuffed animals in this little shelf. So so pleased.
