We bought this one and the BabyBjorn “smart potty” (the smaller one without a back) and our toddler definitely prefers this one; I think the back and sides help her feel more secure and stable while she’s sitting. Our son has poor balance so the high back and arm rests are very helpful! It’s simple, but effective. If you put a little toilet paper in the bottom it’s even easier to keep clean. I highly recommend this.

The shape of the toilet doesn’t work so well for babies with chunkier bottoms. Also, the front allows urine to leak over the top and cause a mess. Would not buy again.

So I read a ton of reviews before getting a potty chair and settled on getting this one. Have not been disappointed. No complaints whatsoever. Also, my dtr loved it so much she didn’t want to get off of it the first day. It is SO easy to dump, so easy to clean, and ours is just plain white. Prob every parents dream. It has a substantial splash-guard, so I predict we will be able to use this for boys in the future as well without a problem. No cracks or crevices for pee or poop to get into undetected. It doesn’t NEED a towel, but I put it on a towel in the bathroom. Which reminds me: it wobbled slightly when we first got it (uneven bottom or something), but I haven’t noticed that in a long time. We also got the OXO Tot 2-in-1 Go Potty for travel, especially road trips, which I also love. I have a very funny picture of my dtr sitting on that one off some random exit in the desert for a potty break, haha. Super handy. ... show more
