  • I love this stroller - And yes
Color: Tropic Style: Baby Trend Navigator Double Jogger Strol...
I love this stroller - And yes, I do use it for jogging. I also own a single Baby Trend jogger. It feels like the double stroller is more than twice the weight of the single, but it's so nice for regular walks with my two boys. It has large tires and front swivel wheels so it's easy to push and makes for a pleasant walk. I always have the front wheels unlocked (so they swivel) when I am walking and I have never had them shake on me, even at a very brisk pace. Although I always prefer to run alone, I do sometimes need to take the boys out with me and this stroller is perfect. You definitely have to LOCK the front wheels so they don't swivel or else the wheels will shake like other reviewers have said. Some have said that the stroller is difficult to turn with the front wheels locked, but I personally don't find that to be the case. I run on a paved inter-city river trail with lots of curves and I am able to turn just fine at a jog just by pushing the stroller in the direction I need to go. Only on the sharpest turns do I need to actually lift up the front wheels in order to make it, and even so, I don't find it terribly difficult to do. And don't think I'm some sort of amazing athlete - I participate in three or four 5k's a year just to motivate myself to get out run once or twice a week, and that's the extent of it. My kids have a combined weight of just over 60 pounds, plus the weight of the stroller, so it's definitely a workout, especially if going up any sort of hill. But if you're reading reviews on a jogging stroller, there are chances that a workout is exactly what you're looking for, right? I was hesitant to pay for the more expensive model of the double jogger, but now I have absolutely no regrets. - The snack trays are indispensible; I like to run early in the morning so once the boys are up I just make sure they're dressed warm enough and put them in the stroller with dry cereal and a drink. They absolutely love eating their breakfast that way. - The individual canopies are a sanity saver for me. The kids are big enough to adjust them how they want them, and there are never fights about one wanting the canopy up and the other wanting it down. - The two front wheels add a lot of stability. One of my sons likes to lean out of the stroller and look behind him which is a big shift in weight. With only one wheel in the center I could see it being a struggle to keep the stroller upright if I'm not anticipating the shift. Plus there is extra room for two sets of feet on the platform. - The bar in the middle completely separates both seats. I read reviews on the less expensive double jogger which said that without the bar their kids rolled towards the middle and towards each other. I don't have that problem with this stroller; there is a nice separation between the two seats that gives both kids some all-important personal space. Like many people have said, this stroller is big and bulky even when folded. It fits in my CR-V though, and I can put it in and take it out just fine although I am only 5' 3" and a lightweight. There are a lot more things that could be discussed and reviewed on this stroller, but since it has a lot of reviews already I don't feel like I need to go into detail about every single feature. I mainly wanted to bring up all the reasons I am so happy with it as well as confirm that I do indeed jog with it (and enjoy it!). ... show more

  • Love, love, love this stroller!
Color: Tropic Style: Baby Trend Navigator Double Jogger Strol...
I absolutely love this stroller! I purchased it to use when babysitting my two grandsons, both under a year and a half. So many things to love - the huge adjustable, peek a boo, sunshades, the enormous amount of storage, a compartment on the handle large enough to store my iPhone 8 Plus, which also contains built in speakers (which I haven’t even used yet) and comfy adjustable seating for the babies. And did I mention the ease of maneuvering it! Make no mistake, this is one big stroller, yet I have been able to get it through most doors at the zoo, park, etc. It is also somewhat heavy and takes up quite a bit of room in the trunk. I am 60+ but am able to hoist it into the rear of my Honda Pilot. One point I will mention is to make sure the tires are properly inflated. It makes all the difference in the world when pushing it. Also if you plan to run or even walk very fast be sure to lock the front tires or they will wobble. Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced side by side, jogging stroller, I can not recommend this enough! ... show more

  • Overall very sturdy, just so huge!
I was close to giving this a five star and may change it to that before I'm done writing this review :) Firs of all, and more important to me, it's sturdy and seems well made/very intelligently designed. There is no flex once it's locked into place, which is just impressive for something this large. Our 3 year old and 15 month old ride in this very easily. Occasionally our too large for the stroller 5 year old does as well and they all seem to like it. The storage is fine, nothing fancy but does the job. Awesome to roll on the sidewalks and even in the grass, the big wheels are a must to me, I don't even know how parents have small wheeled strollers haha. It really doesn't seem as big as it is when you're out walking on a regular wide sidewalk. We don't use this in any stores, b/c I'm not a jerk. It really wouldn't work well for that at all imo, but it wasn't designed for that, so that's fine. So the only two knocks I have against it are the upright seat adjustment and the size when folded up. First, the incline/recline adjusters are just straps, and I've seen a lot of people have complained about not being able to adjust it far enough upright, and I get it, it doesn't go that close to 90 degree upright, but overall, the kids don't mind the slight leaning back so its ok, but the way they adjust with just a strap is kinda janky, could really use some improvement. The second is the size, and again, I knew it would be big, but goodness, we have a Sequoia(full size SUV) and it will not fit behind the third row of seats, so if we're going somewhere, we just take our single stroller. I understand, once again, it's probably not meant/designed to travel and that's fine, but when it is folded up it would be nice if it was just a more conducive shape. I've seen others that can fit it in the trunk of a car, but at least for our giant suv, it can't fit in the rear space. Overall, happy with it though ... show more

  • Great for two kids
Color: Europa Style: Baby Trend Navigator Lite Double Jogger ...
Great jogging stroller for two kids. It’s easy to maneuver with one hand even with two kids in it. Perfect for outdoor adventures. It doesn’t fit through all door ways which can be a problem. However, it folds up well and fit in the back of my Ford Escape.
