Description

The Baby Trend® Expedition® Travel System comes complete with a 3-Wheel Jogger and EZ Flex-Loc® Infant Car Seat with lock in car base. The stroller features a lockable front swivel wheel for jogging or it unlocks for easy strolling. The all-terrain bicycle tires also feature a quick release for extra compact storage. The stroller also features a parent tray with 2 cup holders and covered storage and a large storage basket. The push handle is extra wide, ergonomically shaped and foam padded, and the adjustable canopy with a peek-a-boo window that ratchets to block the sun and wind. The stroller features a multi-position reclining padded seat with a fully adjustable 5-point safety harness and tether strap and a child's tray with cup holders that also accepts the infant car seat. The EZ Flex-Loc® Infant Car Seat accommodates weights 4-30 pounds and heights up to 30 inches tall. Features a 5-point safety harness; easy one-hand harness adjustment and push-button release, and 4-position push button height-adjustable base with level indicator for proper installation. I just recieved the item, so it's defintely a first impression review here, but the stroller and car seat seem perfect. Easy to use, easy to put together, easy to fold and unfold, great price, seems supportive and comfy and for someone who lives in an area with alot of terrain, I'm really excited about the tires. I don't care much about how big or small it is when it folds down, it's small enough to fit in any trunk. It is easy to push with one hand and has a good amount of storage and a place to put your phone keys and water bottles for mom and dad! I love the versatility and ease of use overall. This item was in my registry due to price and reviews. Baby girl is due in July and I am relieved that at this point, I do not want to or need to return. The material also seems really easy to clean too. I am a very picky first time mom, so quality is very important to me and I am very very happy right now. I spent HOURS looking at reviews and lists for strollers and travel systems and ended up going with my gut instinct on this one. Lastly, the carseat has mixed reviews and it seems just fine to me. It seems supportive, lightweight and the triangle handle makes holding and passing off the carseat really easy and comfortable. Its easy to click in and out of base too. I had seen many reviews for this carseat detailing instances where cars had been in accidents including Tbone accidents and cars flipping and with this carseat their baby was scratch free. I bought this for my baby girl due in March, so I have not used it yet but will update my review once I've put it to use :) assembly was super easy (once I realized you have to skip to step 8 because it comes partially assembled). It manuvers around very easily and looks great, it's not heavy or bulky but is still very sturdy! I can't wait to use it! ***UPDATE I have been using this for 5 months now and it’s my biggest regret. The tires are CONSTANTLY flat and both the car seat and stroller provide ZERO comfort or cushion. When my LO was a newborn I bought a little insert to stop her head from moving around and that worked alright but I had a heart attack every time we went anywhere. Now she doesn’t need head support but the car seat doesn’t have any type of cushion and I feel bad every time I put her in it because I know how uncomfortable it must be. Also, now she’s big enough to sit in the stroller and I hate it. Surprise- it also provides zero support or comfort. I am literally kicking myself in the butt for cheaping out on a travel system. If you spend $150 more you can get a fully decked out system that will last and provide plenty of comfort without you having to stress and find (possibly unsafe) things to add to it. Not too heavy, easy to assemble, great compacting for travel. Sturdy and goes on many types of terrain nicely. Live on a farm so goes from grass to gravel to quick trips in to town. Car seat is easy to haul around and transitions from car to stroller with ease.

This jogger is probably one of the best in its price range in my opinion. It has the smoothest ride I've seen in a while, is pretty versatile given it's convertibility and will suit any child up to 2+ years (depending on their size). The car seat portion feels very secure and sturdy. I am also absolutely in love with the latch system (which my car does enable...luckily). Baby is seemingly very comfortable as she falls asleep almost right away when we put her in. It can be a bit tricky to use if you don't properly familiarize yourself with the product before hand (There are numerous features and little additions that all have a specific purpose) My only real issue (which is a bit of a non issue depending) is how it is converted to a newborn carrier. The front tray is used to support the car seat portion and initially it made me very nervous because I didn't know if it would be strong enough to support my daughter but after using it a few times I realize there really isn't a thing to worry about if the product is used correctly. Another quirk is that the center of balance can be thrown off a lot if you attach a baby travel bag to the bag (that is full) and are using the jogger as a newborn carrier. But as long as you are attentive there is not issue. Lastly this jogger is a tad big so if space is an issue, then this may not be for you. All in all I fully recommend this to anyone in the market for a jogger. I am yet to actually jog with this but I will update in the future if there are any issues there. ... show more

We love this combo! I call the stroller an AWD stroller because it’s easy to push on gravel or on trails. The car seat is sturdy and the anchor hooks are VERY durable, the best I’ve seen and they are easier than the traditional loop anchors to install and take out.
