Flimsy, an 11 month old baby is already figuring out how to climb out. In another month or two at most he will be successful. While the designs are adorable, they also make it easy for a child (11 months) to put his foot in and start to practice climbing over. Very disappointed.

    • Missing hardware
This is nice as a play pen but it didn’t come with enough of the hardware to put it all together. Any way I can I get more of the hardware sent to me?

    • Make sure you have all the pieces
The item was simple enough to put together, however the directions should include all pieces so you can check first before you put the item together and then realize your missing an important piece. Had to return, which I hate needing to return items. Waiting on replacement.

The item I received was defective & incomplete. I ordered the one with the locking mechanism at the bottom and the one I received did not have it. Secondly, one of the screws was not able to tighten due to it coming defective as you can see from the pictures. Super dangerous as my child can choke on it. Thirdly any movement of the panels loosens the screws automatically so you need to diligently keep tightening them up. Not worth the risk. Look elsewhere. ... show more
