My grand baby enjoys this teether, I put it in the freezer and offer it to him for relief. The only thing I didn't like that the caterpillar is hard plastic, therefore I have to hold it to my grandbabys mouth, and not allow him to hold out himself because I don't want him to bite into the hard plastic.
