It is lightweight enough to move from room to room for convenience. For Bedside Sleeper mode, simply unzip the side panel closest to your bed and snug the Beside Me Dreamer right up to the side. The attached straps safely secure the Bedside Sleeper to your adult bed, ensuring it stays snug and in place. Easily lean over to nurse, comfort or just check on your baby during the night, knowing she is right there beside you. For added comfort, the 6-position height adjustment can be used to adapt the sleeper height to most adult beds. For use up to 20 lbs or 5 months.

I actually LOVE this bassinet. It only took me a week or two to get my newborn use to sleeping in it. When we first came home from the hospital we were use to me holding her all night since that's what I did in the hospital bed for 3 days. But after we got a little bit better nursing sleeping schedule. (If I actually sit up to nurse her, burp her and then put her back in it... sometimes I'm lazy and put her next to me while I nurse and doze. But I try not to do that because I get such crappy sleep worrying about squishing her! So when I stick to my guns and nurse, burp and put her in her bed.. then I can see her and touch her just like she's still in the bed with me. And I can pat her and rub her back so she doesn't realize she's not in my bed anymore. And I can sleep soundly knowing shes not gonna get hurt. I would recommend it 100 percent! You can snap the side back in place and zip it up to be a stand alone bed if you're going to leave her in it and use a baby monitor. While you're in a different room. It's a little chinsy and not super sturdy to drag around the room. You have to pick it up to move it. And I'm sure it will only last a few more months until she can sit up etc. But for the time being its AWESOME. And the price was not bad either. Shipping was quick and assembled easy. We just watched the video a few times. Also any regular square/oval bassinet sheets fit it as well. I originally bought a completely different bassinet for my baby. I bought the maxi-cosi bassinet due to the aesthetic quality but when I put it all together it was too big, and awkward in my space. After a lot of research I came across this gem of a bassinet which not only has good space to fit baby as they grow, but 8 different height settings, AND the side unzips for easy access to baby. I have a platform bed and it is pretty close to the ground… with this bassinet it is PERFECT!! At the lowest setting it is right at the edge of my bed. Its not as aesthetically pleasing as the maxi-cosi BUT it is still a very nice neutral color and is quite sturdy as well. Im very pleased with it and cant wait for when baby is here to use it! If you have a platform style bed and are looking for a bassinet to match the height, this is it!! Get it! ... show more

I’m giving it 4 stars because the issue I had wasn’t really the products fault. We apparently have a bed taller than most and this was just too short to be able to work for me. It was pretty easy to assemble and then disassemble and it seemed like good quality just know if you have a taller bed that this is pretty short ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First off, it was delivered on time (yay!) and it was super easy to assemble. I did want to point out that a lot of people were complaining about the stability of the bassinet, and although my son isn’t here yet, I am not seeing that problem. My husband and I realized that the white straps you see in the video are used to help stabilize the bassinet. They go under the mattress and hold onto the other side, as shown in the last picture. Once my son is born I will update further, but for the time being I’m excited to see it in use! ... show more
